- Roof Cleaning Service / Roof Washing (2 year warranty against re-staining)
We apply a biodegradable roof cleaner to the asphalt shingle roof and gently rinse away the dark stains with low-pressure rinsing - not pressure washing. The sequence of pictures to the right shows us: 1) applying the roof cleaner 2) rinsing from up on the roof 3) rinsing from the ground. - Removing Roof Moss & Lichens
If you have roof moss or lichens growing (the green stuff), your roof is already being damaged. Our safe roof cleaning products and processes will get rid of these growths and prevent further shingle damage.
- Preventing Stains
We apply a preventative treatment every year that prohibits the growth of stain-causing algae, fungus and roof mold keeping the shingles stain-free for the life of the roof! Guaranteed!
